Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct client site visits & meticulously intake project scope details
- Secure all relevant information to submit detailed bids including materials identification
- Manage clients relationships with partner vendors including landscape designers, architects, engineers, irrigation specialists, etc.
- Prepare detailed bids for submission according to pricing formulas
- Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets
- Provide regular counsel to clients & continue to build relationship until sold job
- Prepare contract & invoice for client
- Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids to strategic planning phase
